Har også jobbet i dag, og skal stå oppreist i 13 timer i morgen- så noen treningstime blir det ikke tid til enda. <p>Note: Jeg er såpass stiv at jeg må fokusere mer på bevegelsestrening. Merker krampetendenser under føttene og stivning i rygg og skuldre. Må også tenke på å holde pulsen oppe.</p>
